Hello. Leveling out my deed is generating stupid amounts of dirt. I have honestly lost accurate count of all the BSB's full of dirt I have, and I'm getting to the point that I cant find baby horses and chickens cuz I'm having to start building bsb's on my farm fields, my shop and town feels like every tile has a bsb full of dirt. Im gonna be generating a lot more dirt and I'd like to get rid of the dirt I have so I have room to dig more. Can I deliver? Well, I have 2 knars (1 is for sale actually wink wink nudge nudge), and someone made 43 large crates for that I need to go pick up from halfway across the server, which I am more than willing to rush to grab if the amount of dirt sold makes the travel time worth it. I am willing to work with someone that is interested in purchasing a lot of dirt. I'd rather the transaction not take a whole day of my time unless its profitable of course. Less effort on my part (not lazy just busy) of course is ample reason for me to give better pricing. Buy your portable bits of independence today! P.S. As some of you may know, I built and own the Hunting Lodge on the Grand Steppe. This lodge was designed specifically for hunters and adventurers to have a place of respite from hunting. However in my time on the Grand Steppe I have noticed several other areas where people have terraformed large areas of land to build their villages or create forests. This has been a problem for quite some time now. I'm suggesting, as I'm sure others have before me, that we undertake a community project to clean up and preserve the Grand Steppe and maybe even expand it in the process. Before trying to plan any project of this scope, I'd first like an estimate of how many people support this idea and how many are willing to help in the labor if this restoration does kick off. By way of vote or comment, please show your support or disapproval of this possible project to preserve and expand the Grand Steppe, in the hopes of returning not only it's beauty, but it's hunting-game as well. If this proposition receives enough support, further planning and scouting for the project will take place and updates to the timeline of events will be made.

Up for auction is my last deed on Independence. The deed is Bloodmoon Bay and is a working deed (not just a Trader deed) located at the north tip of the Kinoss Bay on southwest Indy (14x,47y on the player made map). Quite a bit of time went into creating the deed and there is a bit of sadness letting it go, but I simply do not have time for it. (Optional:I can provide a deed holder who is already onsite at the deed location, but does not currently hold the deed form. If the buyer so desires, I can make him premium for an additional 10s to save the buyer the trouble of moving a deed holder over there. This can be decided after auction ending). We can help you navigate the game - but we do have our own things to do around the deed so we appreciate if you have that drive to make things happen yourself. Located at Port Onody, Independence at 38x, 37y Bulk Coal - 4s per 1000, generally about 40 ql Special Order Coal is also available but may take a week or two to put together: 60 ql 5s per 1000 70 ql 6s per 1000 75 ql 8s per 1000 and will definately take up to a month to produce 80 ql, lets talk, but not going to be cheap Note that tar and ash are produced as a by product of the coal so contact me if you want some and we work out a deal. Tar is great to fuel forges and I have about 9000 ash available, but mostly lower ql. Works fine for concrete though.
