  2. Harder questions is debatable, currently the answers feel arbitrary. If there was a book of hate/love/knowledge/insanity/power that you could read to find or understand the answers it would be great. But currently the a lot of these things only make sense if you were the one writing the question and answer.
  3. Spamming meditation to question-fish, especially at the higher levels, is really tedious and not very fun. I rather enjoyed the mid-summer event, and got some inspiration from it. Instead of the advancement question having an ever lower chance of happening, instead have a successful question meditation teleport you to a series of themed mazes. In each maze you are given a series of questions, and after searching through a reasonably compact maze (nothing quite so large as the ones from the midsummer event) you find several named statues with possible answers. However, unlike the midsummer event choosing the wrong answer sends you back and the waiting period to try again starts. Theme ideas Love: Hedge and lawn maze with nymph statues. Knowledge: Sandstone houses (3d) with bookshelves. Insanity: Caves with demon statues. Power: Bare rock with tall stone walls and horse statues. Hate: Slate walls on mycellium and troll statues.

  5. +1 It's one of the few rare rolls that actually make me unhappy to see. Most objections to them being easy to farm have more to do with redistribution of kingdom wealth being, not broken, but crude and largely thoughtless.
  6. Never considered the issues that custom edited textures might cause, even for visitors willing to go the extra mile to see it as intended.
  7. Many rares have no apparent added functionality, why not let extra runes be attached? One rune for normal, two for rare, three for supreme and four for fantastic. Some runes might need to be one-per item for balance, but most wouldn't need any extra balancing.
  8. I'd like both player made books we can write in and pre-made books. Holy books of the gods, bits of wurm history, legends and so forth. Being able to get a few ticks of my Religion skill by studying a holy text once an hour would be cool.
  9. Sadly I haven't heard (or at least noticed) a peep about the UI update or the many other things they teased, so I don't know.
  10. Currently you can toggle displayed buffs/debuffs on and off in the HUD settings. Know what buffs you have is very useful, making this a great feature. I think it would be clearer and more useful if permanent buffs/debuffs (from meditation or valari items for example) and temporary buffs/debuffs (Hurting, food, magic spells) were separate toggles.

  12. +1 While I'd like some sort of kingdom-like system for Freedom, that's no reason to down vote this idea.

  14. Still getting build epic structure missions on Deli. Or did " Bugfix: Removed epic structures from the Create Items mission lists. " mean something else?
  15. Hence why my suggestion has it as a special resource tile, effectively a cosmetic tile you can drink or fish from. The water can't extend beyond the tiles, so no flooding.
  16. I think we could benefit from having equipment slots for furniture. Your lovely beds could have, for example, a curtains, pillow and bedsheet slots allowing mix-and-match styles.
  17. The unfortunate double whammy of creating Xanadu then releasing WU left Wurm's population density dangerously low.
  18. I had a suggestion for that a while back, which I think could still work.
  19. One way to have a random spawn but still guarantee a spawn after a while is a stacking spawn chance. I.e on the first check it's 1%, second check 2%, then 3%, 4%, 5%, ... etc. Eventually, even if supremely unlucky, it will hit 100% and something will spawn.
  20. -1 I don't think it will be needed. While there will likely be a giant explosion of activity at first, once the market reaches saturation it will drop down to an easily manageable level.
  21. Or simply have guards not be able to path onto protected highway tiles (as a destination, but path through them to cross the road), but leave KoS otherwise enabled?
