Good day Wurmians! I'm not playing as much as I would like to and so I've decided to downsize to a smaller deed with a secondary character. The deed for auction today is Twilight Vale (y17x18) on Celebration. Starting Bid: 60s Buyout: 90s Increment: 5s Sniper Protection: 1h Reserve: No Accepting Euro bids at 1:1 Highlights: -Large coastal deed 57x15 -2 Trader citizens for draining -1000's of materials I don't have time to sell -6x2x2 Farmhouse with 24 2x1 breeding pens -Tons of storage 3 x FSB 10+ x BSB 2 x Chests -Large reinforced mine with Iron, Slate, Zinc, Tin. All other ores in nearby community mine. -Close to clay and tar. -2 other out buildings for general use (Currently housing traders) -Bulk flattened areas unused and ready to build you vision upon -Potential for boat cave -Amazing neighbors, best I've ever had. -Reasonably close proximity to all freedom servers using Chaos shortcut in SW Exodus. Note: There is a medium sized section of moss on deed that would need to be wood floored to get it back to dirt but there are already materials set aside to make them so that helps. Traders are located in perimeter buildings on E and W sides of the deed, buildings require repair but have only taken 5dmg over 3 months to give you an idea of the decay rate. Earlier this week, a false epiphany of the Avatar of Magranon was seen lumbering around the southern steppe, consuming livestock and terrorizing local hunters. In light of the sudden appearance of this monstrous apparition, I am calling upon all good hearted citizens of Celebration to rise up, take up arms and join me on a crusade to slay this demonic behemoth. My name is RomaN, I am a veteran unique slayer who has been involved in the slaying deaths of half of the unique creatures on the entire Freedom Isles. My service record has seen me responsible for the deaths of many dragons through to Goblin Leaders, Troll Kings, Kyklops's and even Avatars. Follow me and together we will rid the world of monsters. I am looking for at least 10 fighters. We also need healers and priests (Magranon and Fo). I will welcome any help I can get. I have a deed nearby and can ally with villages for respawning purposes if necessary. North Star Is a 41x41 Sized fortress deed located on the North Coast of the Celebration server. The deed is fully walled with decorative towers and has its own two tiles wide Canal to the North Ocean and to under the middle of the deed. Its a great deed and id love to keep it however we're pretty damn busy with other projects so cant give it the love it needs It is located at D21 on the in-game Celebration map. The deed comes with a deed holder alt called Coalition who is currently not premium. The deed is not completely finished so its prefect for someone who is looking to make thier own mark on it, however the bulk of the work is done and it is fully teraformed. There is a tar pit right outside its South Gate and a clay pit located right on the coast a 2 minute walk away. Hunting on the desert is pretty good and it is easy to sail from the deed across to exodus and you'll find you come out right on the south exodus steppe so its perfect for budding hunters. There's Lead, Zinc, Iron, Silver and A lot of Marble within the Deed's mines (the majority of the area is still not mined) Pictures of the deed and further info: http://imgur.com/a/sdiEx Bidding starts at 25 silver Buyout (Theres no set buyout but if you make a good offer im happy to consider it) Each bid must be 1 silver higher than the last. Hello, dear Wurmians. Today I've decided I should get some life to my village. I have a person in mind that would be ideal for my village, but I'll consider all that wish to join. Coordinates for my village is X13 Y6 ( http://goo.gl/ary00j ) - or D11 in the ingame map. What I'm looking from my villagers Active game play, now this means roughly that you'll be online few hours every day and that you commit to the work you are needed to do. This may sound a little more harsh than it actually is, do not panic.Enjoy casual chatting and full understanding of english, it may or may not be your native language, but if you handle it, it's all good. European, for now. I have a couple of persons playing from outside the European timezones already, so I would prefer to have someone who I would actually manage too see online. Laid back attitude, don't mind a dirty joke or puns every now and then.Steady and long-term players, what this basically means is, I want to avoid cases like, where someone looks at the village for a couple of days and feels like "Nope, not for me." and leaves without a word. I want to bond with my villagers. This might be someone, that in real life already lives on their own so they have the time to dedicate and play along and see the village grow bit by bit.What I would prefer you to have interest in, skill-wise Priesthood towards Vynora, I would love to link my alt for Mindstealer casts for example.Mining, so if you're not a priest, an "interest" in mining and keeping the rock and lump supplies filled would also be great, there is lots of iron to go around very near to the village.Farming, taking care of our fields when you see them needing raking and preferably 40+ farming for harvesting to be efficient, but leave the harvesting to me until you get there.Possibly some others as well, but these are in need just now. My time can only go so far, even with two toons.What I have to offer Relatively safe environment to play in.Mailbox, with a power of 64, but it gets the job done.Steady supply of water, food, iron and other materials. Food keeps you above 60 nutrition.Tar pit very close to the village, only a matter of tiles.Known clay spot across the desert, also accessible by boat.Relatively close hunting grounds in the desert, which is still under work to expand the desert over to the village backyard.Work and jobs to go around, from digging, to construction, to supply hunts and anything inbetween. The plot consists of 3 sections, 1x3 frontyard, 2x2 house with two tiles open on the side, 2x3 backyard. Every villager has this setup, and same design. This is because, I don't want anyone to feel like they are any less than the other, and for consistency. Houses come as a one-story building.Chance of "growing" in the village, for example by doing work and being a gentleman in general, you may be granted things such as a second floor to your building. For people with higher crafting skills and generally higher skills, I may not be able to offer much just yet, but I have a Vynora priest that just may be able to offer enchants in the future.Tools, forges, oven, and looms, if you want, can be placed in your house.A growing herd of horses, from which I can offer horses to your needs.And more, I'm sure I forgot something.
