Hello Here is a deed I am looking to sell. This place is amazing for fight skill, breeding, and everyday general skilling. There is a waterfront area I just finished but haven't built anything on that would be perfect for a little market place or ship building area. There are lots of horses, three and four speeds, and even some fighting horses. There are lots of veggies for farming, and cotton+wemp. There is a massive apple tree farm at the back of the deed if you like apples. Theres some cows too if you enjoy milk Included is a rare 40ql Iron Street Lamp, and there is a Spirit Castle with [12:53:52] Courier has been cast on it, so it seems to be possessed by something. [53] All the pens, and the foal field have enchanted grass, minus what I lost from the horrible bug we just had. [ Overview from our lighthouse ] Tanelorn originally is a bunch of people who know each other in real life or via Teamspeak. I myself joined Wurm about 2010 and slowly more and more of the others joined because we liked to work together in wurm. We're mostly from germany, still people from other countries are very welcome. So you should be able to talk english or german. We're a deed with about 3 to 5 active people and are looking for people to bring more life into the village and to speed up the many projects we planned and possibly bring fresh ideas for constructions to us. We have some rough guidelines we follow with our designs, but we're open for some kind of reaslistic and creative minds who like to put amazing structures together. What we offer ... [ A free house ] In our village you will be able to build your own house with a small garden to call your own place. There you can place a bed to gain sleep bonus which enhances your exp gain. Our deed offers a 1.5% exp boost as well, which will increase over time. Food (for an additional exp bonus) and tons of work are provided as well. What we're looking for ... [ Marketplace ] Newbies and experienced players are both welcome. We'll gladly explain the game to you with patience and give you some starter help if you want it. We have many big projects which mostly involve building and crafting and our deed upkeep is mostly covered by trades. So you should be "grind-resistant". Of course we understand that nobody really can dig straight for weeks or saw ten thousands of planks without growing tired of the game. As a counter measure we do such kind of jobs together to finish quicker and do some little side projects every now and then so ppl can do whatever they feel like. You should be a premium player or at least aiming for premium if you're new and your skills still grow. You need to cover for your premium time. We will usually not ask for donations to the deed upkeep unless it can't be covered by the jobs we do. Are you interested ? Returning player looking to replace my long dead livestock. So I would like to see about buying some general farm animals on the cheap. I need a cow and bull as well as a couple of breedable work horses. The cheaper the better since I'm practically broke :/.
