  1. I think it should be an opt - out rule. I would prefer more accurate maps for navigation, and i'm sure there are some people who don't care if their deed is on the map or not.

Update: we have put fences on the entrances to our bridge, which prevents the animals from getting out of the area, but they are still able to "teleport" to the top of the bridge, and not back down where they belong. this runs the risk of animals starving if they are unable to get back to their food source (no, I don't want to put the food on the bridge either..... )

  4. Not sure if this is an intended action or not, but i"m reporting it just in case. I recently made a small seal pen with a wood bridge (2x4) over it, I checked to ensure I couldn't walk through the underside of the bridge, assuming it would be the same for the seals. Today, I put the seals in the "pen" and it wasn't 10 mins before they started getting out from the underside of the bridge. Please let me know if this is a bug or am I going to have to put a fence gate on my bridge just to keep them inside the area... Thanks.
  5. ok, so I did a search in my Wurm folder for the HS_ERR_PID and got nothing. I also reverified all the game packs, still nothing. the computer has been restarted several times... no change. I have GLSL turned off because I was having problems with not being able to view mobs or gates/doors (as suggested in the forums) I might need more information on how to get to the graphics settings you have pictured above... I can't find it. Please note, this wasn't a specific crash, but get the "Network error: connection timed out" when I try to log in.
  6. Ok, I have no idea why I can't connect to Wurm on my laptop anymore. I'm posting my Console file here in hopes that someone can help me figure out what to do. So Far, I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled Java 8 update 45 for 64 bit machine, and enabled the NAPI for my chrome browser (as per JAVA website). I was able to connect a few days ago, and as far as I know, nothing has changed. I have several other computers that can connect to the internet, and at least two that connect to Wurm with no issues, even on my Account...   7. for the first item, I'd like to have a plain and trimmed narrow stone archway. This would help make some of the interior rooms easier to separate without needing doors or huge open arches. The second item would be useful for farmers with large fields. Activate the seed spreader, and you can use it to sow your fields without having to activate every seed. would still be limited to 100 seed count.
  8. If this is the case, it seriously needs to be fixed... there's no reason that an item should take "past" damage.... If it misses the damage tick, then it should no longer count at all....

  12. just tried out the new friends list... Be careful about removing people using it, as you may actually remove a different name than the one you intend... Clicking on the remove icon sometimes asks to remove someone one or two names down on the list.... also, noticed when I removed someone, there was a name shown as "not found" at the bottom of the list, and even one person with no option to remove them at all...

  14. +1, except for the non ridable part. Many horses carried horses and bags. could make an alternative.... Small saddle bags for ridable horses, Large ones for "pack Horses".

  16. I have noticed the Crafting window isn't updating the damage on an item (large anvil, for example) when it's being used. You can see in the pic below the crafting window has 0 damage for my anvil, but upon examination, shows 3.56 damage.
  17. Sure, no problem. We will have them ready for you, just PM myself or Awen when you are ready for pick up... The crates will be 25c extra, so your total will be 1.8s (2 horses@ 65c ea, 1 large cart @ 25c (25c discount for ordering a team), and 25c for 2 large crates and 1 small crate).

  19. yes, it is, however, it's possible to stand far enough away from a deed and it's perimeter so as not to attract the guards. they can then still target animals and spam local for the guards to attack the animals. that's the basis of this problem...

I don't know if you're just trolling or not, but taking the time on a PVE server to drag tamed hostile animals across the server without getting them killed so we can enjoy and breed them like pets just to have them killed by some A**hat who thinks it fun killing penned animals is not my idea of fun. If i wanted this to happen, or thought is was fun, i'd play on a PVP server. Having to tame, breed, then untame these animals (champ cats and the like, not just hell horses) isn't easy, and it's even harder to find them before other players kill them out in the wild.

  22. do animals get the same nutrition effect as players do? we regularly drop meat for all the other champ dogs, and some males show fat, but just not understanding why the females keep dying when there is food on the groud for them...
  23. Has anyone else been having problems with champion animals dying recently? We've had at least 3 champion dogs miscarry and die over the last couple months, but it doesn't make sense... Each one was cared for, being hand fed, on deed (with ratio in the 20's), frequently groomed, and all negative traits removed. none of these particular animals were venerable (old, mature, and aged). they were pregnant, but at least the mature wasn't even close to giving birth (just bred yesterday, with at least 6 days left to give birth) looking in the logs, we noticed they are going to skin and bones despite being hand fed... EDIT: aditional information.... we have noticed that some of our other female dogs are also very thin, but they are NOT showing the starving title as a warning!
