A fellow student was practicing soft field take-offs and overpowered the instructors inputs and stalled it 30 or 40 ft off the runway. A plane I LOVED to fly and had umpteen thousands of hours of contribution to the training of pilots, including about 100 of my own became a tangled twisted mess of sheetmetal.
