Thank you for the reply and tips.
1) I managed to increase the dynamic lights up to 8. This drasticaly reduced the places where i got unplayebale FPS. Now places that gave me FPS between 4-10 like area D22 on Rel, and on Newspring Isle: Whispering Mountain and Grand Newspring Bazzar now return a 20-25 FPS range at night time with many lights and rain and same in daytime. This while running/sailing or while standing still dooing nothing . In Paradise Harbour in center, in daytime I was getting 23-27 FPS while just standing still or running, when lights were on 18-21 FPS. Now on daytime i get well over 30 FPS and night time 25 ish.
Having set on limit 16 or no limit was looking greate but its not worth the fps drop .
2) Shadow settings, there i made only one change. I set the shadowmap size from huge down to medium.
All other settings are on max.
I still get ocasional freezing for 1 seconds though but i dont know from where are theye coming from.
