It could be improved with a leather. Wind of ages has been cast on it, so it will be quicker to use. [84] 1 hour sniper protection (i.e. Winning bid only takes effect if no one bids for 1 hour after the winning bidder last bid. If someone bids in that one hour time period, the auction gets extended another hour until no active bidders continue bidding).
