Before catseyes we get difrent highway rules, more deeper sort , i remember one (you can do with highway on your deed whatever you want just to make detour). There was also one about changing pavement, highway kos.... Now you cant kos at all if you have cateye on deed. And once again you tell that highway was vandalized in your eyes.
