  1. Been good times in Moorlands for the last couple weeks. Love the starter professions and the GM responsiveness.
  2. Hey Lithien: I'd love to be added to the list if I could. You're the bomb for offering this service. Thanks in advance. Best, Super
  3. WTS Referral 6.5s. I'm on Release. Name Supersedeas in game feel free to post here or send tell. Thanks in advance, Super
  4. This may be simple but I can't find it on wiki. When I attach a war arrow head to an arrow shaft, is it the arrow head, the shaft, or both that determines the QL of the resulting war arrow? Thanks in advance.
  5. That's brilliant Amadee thanks I'll try it
  6. Is flatraising (such as described http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/67151-flatraising-digging-guide/ ) the only way to really level out a flat area on a steep slope? For example, if i have a perfectly flat road at the top of a pretty steep hill, can I use the level function with the dirt in my inventory to raise each tile? Or will that create undesirable slopes that cannot be fixed later? Maybe the answer is that with enough time and digging skill i can fix almost anything. thanks in advance.
  7. Okay so I'm new. I was leveling out my deed and building a 20 slope road up a hill. I accidentally leveled one of the tiles to 20 slope and 14 slope on each side respectively. So I went to drop dirt on the 14 side to raise it up. However, the dropped dirt didn't change that slope at all. It dropped down the tile to the side of the 14 slope side and raise that tile. I realize that the steepness of that slope must have caused this result. Is there any way to raise up that 14 slope side without raising the steep slope to the side? Hope that makes sense. love, super
  8. So, I'm pretty new. I was trying to find a way to store cooked food such as casseroles and meals. I found out the hard was that food storage bins don't hold food of that type. Is there another way to store food that I've overlooked? Thanks in advance. Love, Super
  9. Thanks gents and ladies to those of you who are gents and ladies.
  10. Hey, I'm pretty new and have a question about purchasing a deed from another player, or even sale of a deed to another player. When you sell/buy, do the deed coffers remain in tact? In other words, if the deed owner tells me there's 5s in the coffers, will it transfer over, and how would I know if the 5s is really there? Can you remove silver from the coffers? Or maybe the answer is that I can see all of that information when they drop the deed in the trade window. Also, will the citizens of the deed be reset upon the trade? Will existing citizens remain citizens or get the boot? I believe that covers it. Thanks in advance. love, super
  11. While I'm at it - I was looking at spear for my two handed weapon. I saw this thread from over a year ago: http://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/61616-spears-good-for-hunting/ Is there anything to keep in mind about spears that a noob should know? Also, is the only way to raise spear skill by smacking things with a spear? If so, it sounds like I'm going to destroy a LOT of practice dummies before smacking lions, etc.
  12. That's good advice, thanks. I'm on release. It's surprising how hard it is to find a place to set up shop. Folks have some big deeds in what seems to be the middle of no where. Just takes time I spose. I think I'll try the two handed weapon idea. Thanks so much.
  13. A little more research revealed 1) Spider - about 25 fighting skill an full studded armor and 30QL weapon 2) Mountain lion - about 10 fighting skill 3) Wolf - 10 FS and 20ql armor 4) Croc - 30-35 fs 5) 40 FS and 50ql gear Sorry, I shoulda looked all that up before. Same question on archery/melee. Thanks!
