Posted May 27, 2021 Wagon was 37.39ql and 16.43dmg and speed was 14.39 After repair and nothing else changed Wagon is now 34.44ql and speed went to 13.67 Would expect speed to be lower with 16dmg as the effective quality of the wagon would be less than after repair right?

Except testing has shown that wagons at below 30ql are faster than wagons higher, up until they pass 90ql. From the looks of it, wagons below 30ql managed to slip through the adjustments that were made: https://forum.wurmonline.com/index.php?/topic/184286-patch-notes-26may2021/&do=findComment&comment=1854507 So your effective ql on your shown example was pushing the wagon back to being in the bracket that was missed, thus making it faster 😜
