Posted February 13, 2015 http://www.theriansaga.com/ It is asynchronous web browser game - what means you can set queue of works and left that game for few hours or you can stay semi AFK. It do not expect you attention, so you can continue in your Wurm grinding or mining session, while just time from time check your status on Therian. Perhaps not as great as watching movies, but it is nice alternative. What is important, that game is outside of mainstream, quite unusual, the same as Wurm is. A lot of skills to grind, tons of recipes to learn and create, a lot of materials to gather, vast and still expanding world to explore. It needs some time to understand how it works, so do not leave it after finishing tutorial It is mostly PvE game, with "friendly" PvP in arena. There is possibility to buy Blue Crowns for real world money to make your live in game bit easier, but it is pretty fine to play without them. And you can buy B.C. in ingame trade house as well. Selling your products in trade house is common too. There is friendly comunity, gladly answering noobish questions in chat. Good written basic help (http://www.theriansaga.com/guide/) and some info is on wiki too http://therian-saga.wikia.com/wiki/Therian_saga_Wiki Are you looking for something to fill your Wurm playtime? Posted February 13, 2015 Seems like an interesting concept turned into a pay-to-win facebook game.
Posted February 13, 2015 Seems like an interesting concept turned into a pay-to-win facebook game. because there is nothing like win conditions, it can hardly be pay-to-win perhaps pay-to-support DEVs, if you want or play it completely free, it is only your choice
Posted February 13, 2015 Pay to win games are the worst.
Posted February 13, 2015 (edited) Change Pay to Win to Pay to Enjoy.I'll try it out for free and see what it's like though. Reminds me of Syrnia...but more boring and paying money has a lot of benefits. So, nope. Edited February 13, 2015 by Kryx
Posted February 13, 2015 After reading a few things, it seems like a similar system to Wurm. You can play without paying, and if you pay money to the devs you get currency. You guys who are calling it pay to win would have to call Wurm pay to win as well.I think I might try this. What convinced me was the page about the dev team. For some reason I can't get onto the forums but that might be because I'm on my ipad at work (who like to block things like this). I will try later at home.
