Posted March 25, 2014 During my tin mining odyssey down there, I traveled back and forth many times and watched the canal develop from shortly after it broke through to now. I watched it go from an ore filled rough mined all over the place hole in the ground to the nice smooth, functional, well built canal it is today. Congratulations to every ones hard work and job well done.
Posted March 25, 2014 (edited) Big huge thanks to Earwicker and Tarator for seeing this through to the end - I know a lot of other people worked on this but any time I was there these two players were ALWAYS there - it is an amazing and impressive achievement and I hope the devs turn this into a heritage site - it certainly deserves to be one! Thanks again guys! Edited March 26, 2014 by Ordinii

Posted April 14, 2014 The canal, officially known as the Tarawick Canal, is now a heritage site and under GM protection . Many thanks to all those that contributed in some way to building the canal. Earwicker
