Posted February 24 Are you playing using Steam? In that case you can only buy shop packs directly through the game client. Press the escape key to open the main menu bar (at the top of the screen) and open the shop from there. Payments are handled through Steam then, so make sure that you didn't disable the Steam overlay. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Posted February 24 Then make sure the username and password you entered are correct. If in doubt, you can reset your password here. (Does your password contain a spacebar character, a : character or something else special? Please give changing it to something without special characters a try then) You could also try the legacy shop page: https://shop.wurmonline.com/WurmWeb/index.jsp If you can successfully log in there but not on the new shop for some reason, please let us know. I have the premium store option via my steam client but not on any of my alts on wurm client. SORRY WE COULD NOT AUTHENTICATE PLAYER: AETHELEFLAED SERVER RESULT WAS 'PASSWORD DOES NOT MATCH.' Posted February 25 (edited) Very strange occurrence as shop is working fine for me. Maybe then try downloading steam and using this client to sign in and buy through the shop through the client. -->This is how I buy premium. While i know this might not be the greatest because you cannot open multiple of clients, I think you will bypass these issues if you really strapped to get prem asap. Posted February 25 (edited) You can not log in a toon you created outside of Steam on Steam. You have to use the normal client not the Steam client for this toon. Posted February 26 I am not sure what you did. First, you have to download wurm launcher, should be WurmSetup64.exe (https://client.wurmonline.com/client/WurmSetup64.exe) in your case. Then, after having run the installer, you should be able to log into the game. If you succeeded, try the shop later. Posted February 28 My impression is that you are logging in over the wrong client. If you have a steam account, and started playing Wurm from there, you must start using steam (ask steam users how). If you started using the web client ("old" or classical method to play) you need to log in using the web client WurmLauncher.exe for Windows afaik. Also, the Wurm shop as displayed on the website may only work for the web client, I am not sure about. Create a support ticket so that a GM may look into the issue.
