I also have experinced this issue. I was walking around my deed when I heard voices of random people, and there was no one in local. The sound was playing through my friend. There was one person who had TeamSpeak, so I heard the voice of multiple people, and I heard all about their journey. I know for a fact that my friend wasn't the person that I was hearing. The people I heard were quite a distance away, so I wasn't sure as to why I heard them. They were moving around a lot, crossing lakes and land masses, but I still heard them all the same.

It's going as is, nothing will be added, removed, or moved. The BSB's will be emptied. The main house that is already made contains a oven, a forge, two large chests, and a well. The deed has a total of 11 BSB's on it, and the building that were intended for storage sheds were never made. The cave contains a forge, a BSB, atleast 3 iron veins that are accessable, and a functional well. The building that in currently incomplete is planned out but with only 1 brick on each, the writ for that will be given and the owner has the option of either completing it or destroying it. The person who placed the bid of 15s has not been heard of ever since he placed his bid, so we are currently voiding it until further notice, meaning that the bid is open at the starting bid of 15s. A simple yet, in my opinion, convenient suggestion, having some skills that you can select, maybe 5-10, be able to show up on your HUD as opposed to having the big skills window open and showing a bunch of skills you might necessarily be working on. The way it would work is by right clicking on the skill you want and clicking an option in the skills window saying "Show on HUD", and that will bring up a new window (or add to the window if you already have other skills on it) on your HUD and showing what the skill is and it's current level, similar to the way it's shown in the skills window. The window that comes up will also be drag-able like the other HUD elements and could be closed by right clicking and closing it similar to how the compass is. To deselect a skill, you could right click the certain skill in skills window and deselecting it, similar to the way it was selected. The way skills would behave in this would be similar to how it looks in the skills window that there currently is, meaning that it will change color according to the gain or loss. Here is what I have in mind: (Not too good at editing.) Of course the actual thing will look much nicer.
