I am pretty dubious about stairs as being a good thing to add anyway. Right now ladders can be in the middle of a tile and not block the view in any significant way nor hinder passage through that tile. Stairs I would think will present problems in these respects, so my thinking is that ladders function well enough as they are now. Well enough is often left alone.

We need to click to use them, then not working the best way imho. But still, we have more needed stuff to do first, like bridges.
