I'm browsing, but anywhere around 800+ tiles (or a lot more) is fine. Less is fine, too. If the price and location is right. I'm not too picky. I just want a place my own to call home.

I've been looking to sell my deed on Celebration for awhile, but never got around to it. It's named Northern Sanctuary.

It's 61x23 (1403 tiles), and is on the northern coast of Celebration. It includes a trader, some buildings, some enchanted grass tiles (many were destroyed because of one of Rolf's updates), and a field of grapes. There's a large dock and a tower, as well as an on-deed flat clay pit. The mine has a few iron veins. There's also a few horses to get a head start on breeding.

I'll look into taking screenshots of it when it's daylight if you're interested. I know it's not 'blank,' but I think you'd be happy to call it a home. The deed hasn't been worked on since before 1.0 was introduced, so the houses can easily be destroyed and replaced by larger multi-story buildings.
