Lockpick on Chaos - Occasionally received the "That is disallowed on this server" message when lockpicking a double door on deed

On 06/28/15 I was trying to lockpick (Will be referred to as LP) a Double Door that was on a deed and repeatedly received the carebear message about LPing.

 

Parts that were definitely happening in my repro:
I was engaged in PvP (obv not during the LPing timer)

 

 

Repro:

Fight peeps

Have them run inside a locked door

Attempt to LP the door

Receive the message that it's disallowed on this server

 

Severity: Super Blocker (half joking )

Hmmmm... They were murdered multiple times. 

 

HOWEVER, I cannot say with complete certainty whether or not they had respawned during the times that I had received this message.

I was there and I too was getting the same message. I also gained skill points in stealing.
