Artifacts No Longer Being Notified On Twitter/area History.

Artifacts that lose charges and eventually deplete go back into the ground, and usually Area History (twitter) says:

The Charm of Fo is gone missing.

Then if revealed, you would get a message of revealing the artifact, like "Guy reveals the Hammer of Magranon" etc.

But recently now, they aren't giving that message. We located one, not sure if it reset, but time wise it would seem fitting as it wasn't recharged. Might be broken, or some reason are not appearing on Area History or Twitter.
