Issue with Steam Launcher

Since the update on the 13th, trying to launch from Steam gives this error. I have already verified files, and there's been no changes to my local network settings. Anyone else seeing this?

did you do any other updates around the same time, such as Windows updates?  you can check "version history" in the check for updates.

Any error logs in Window's Event Viewer Logs (Under Application and System)

Welp, I went to try again and this time the game updated and launch just fine. 🤷‍♂️
