Posted October 8, 2023 Day of Tears in week 3 of the starfall of Fires in the year of 1121. Here's the weekly update from the mayor. After each term of office, the mayor will provide a brief letter outlining the town's accomplishments. What a whirlwind of a week! Starting from scratch is always challenging, but we've made significant strides. We've prepared a portion of the land for cultivation and established two modest corrals. After extensive exploration across the island, we were fortunate to find two horses for breeding, several sheep, and other animals. We've begun drafting plans for a small town complete with a public inn, a tavern, and a church. However, immediate needs take precedence. Apparently, a diet solely of raw potatoes isn't exactly a crowd-pleaser! We were delighted to have some visitors this week. A heartfelt thank you for your warmth and generosity. I envision our town growing and attracting more residents in the future to come. The idea of a deed collectively owned by everyone, promoting open democracy, might resonate with many. En el post puedes ver la ubicación del deed. Si te apetece visitarnos y charlar un rato, podemos acordar un día o una hora para coincidir. Estos días también estaré más activo por Discord. Es un deed bastante extenso pero humilde, si has podido leer el post de presentación, habrás visto el propósito y el tipo de entorno que pretendemos crear. El establecimiento de la democracia es complejo debido a que el numero de ciudadanos es bastante escaso; ninguna sorpresa, aunque no nos impide pasar buenos ratos. Las construcciones en el deed están bastante paralizadas por la falta de manos, las veces que estoy por allí me dedico a mis oficios, aunque hay planes interesantes y mucho por hacer: tabernas, iglesias, etc. En caso de unirte, tienes libertad para descubrir, aprender, y disfrutar de tu camino. Te ayudaremos a construir tu casa, enseñarte lo que sabemos y podrás formar parte de todas las actividades del deed. En mi experiencia personal, Silent Quest es un remanso de paz donde las cosas ocurren al ritmo de cada persona, todos son bienvenidos y las puertas están siempre abiertas. ¡Un saludo!
