PvE and pointless timers when you just want to logoff

What is the point of having this? ( just killed a bear on my way back and I get 3.5min penalty timer? WHY?)

 

 

Another annoying timer is when you logout on a deed where you are not villager/mayor, there's always 1 minute timer in such cases or longer if you have fought something just before logging off*

 

In case a player is fenced in a house.. no creature is within 2-3 tiles around the player, why can't a player just logout normally?

If you are visiting/living/being a guest at a village being friend's/ally/inn-somewhere, why is there the need for 1 minute logout ondeed indoors?

 

Remove these two or make them be less wogical, both serve no purpose on pve besides wasting time.

you can close the client and you'll still go to sleep at the end of timer.

I can destroy all my beds and use epic portal, cross and alt + f4... but does either of the 3 plays make any sense for a normal player?
