I've recently noticed that some of the items set on my toolbelt keep disappearing when I log in and I have to keep resetting them. For instance I usually keep my flint and steel in the right most slot (which never leaves my inventory - stored in satchel I wear on my body not in the general 'inventory area') and this is one such item that keeps vanishing from the belt on login. Not sure if this is server-side or client side - or partly due to switching between my two characters or not, but it's kind of annoying.
