Unless you have information since it has changed from Wurm unlimited code I am going to say you are objectively wrong, it functions like all other armors EG 96% effectiveness at 80ql

That's the problem Wurmepedia is fine for basic stuff but more advanced things like that it falls totally flat

sadly wurmpedia lacks % confirmation for 'facts' and a stamp/flag/banner/whatever *MARK* on the page if something is backed by the community as information or the devs, you just never know if things are up to date with patch note changes or are correct at all
