4583 Sermon broke for Journal Quest % No Increase

Since the update, my priest is no longer getting Sermon % completion for the Benediction journal Quest. I have tried it 4 times now with no increase. I have 1 Vynora Priest and 1 Vynora follower with alignment at 100 for both. This was working all last week up until the new update (as stated). I am not sure what changed or if having just 2 to get the Benediction for Journal quest is no longer valid and did not see anything in the update. Please advise what I should do next.
