Religion spell, sorcory and karma

How easy is it to modify spells?

 

First of all I would like to totally remove circle of cunning and blessings of the dark.

 

Secondly, is there anything mod that builds on sorcery a bit? Give you more control over creating and editing tomes?

1. Sindusk's Spellcraft mod gives you complete control over all spells in the game; whether any god has them, faith required, favor required, cast time, and cooldown.

 

2. I haven't seen a lot with Sorcery done however.
