Posted January 22, 2016 (edited) Howdy, I am looking for someone willing to make the following mod. I am will to pay for the work, PM if interested. Concept: What I would like is a mod that allows us to lossily (base 50%) smelt down metal containing items in a smelter. Success (or failure) should be based only on Metallurgy skill and all items should be fully Repaired before attempt is allowed. Upon success, The item should regain metal material (lump) 50% smaller than what it cost to make. (only the metal material cost to make) OR If ((Metallurgy skill + QL of the smelter)/2) > 2x(QL of the item) = then a success results in 75% regain. (possibly make this a floating amount based on the difference instead of a set amount?) Upon failure, Damage should be done to the QL of the item OR to the item itself... If the Average is higher than the QL of the item, the QL of the item stays the same, but there damage done to the item that must be Repaired before another attempt can happen. If the Average is lower than the QL of the item, the bigger the discrepancy, the higher the loss to the QL of the item. Thank you for your time.
