431 [Bug] Kingdom growth not calculated when start land is 0

When Elevation was reset, the kingdom leaders from old elevation were readded with 0% land control, which seems to leave with situations like

 

 

 

 

Kingdom share lies steady at 4.0283203 percent of the available land.

 

 

Your kingdom share lies steady at 3.088671 percent of the available land.

 

 

vs

 

 

Kitsuine has increased the kingdom share from 0.11909008 to 0.53265095 percent of the available land, which is an increase by 347.26724 percent.

 

 

Oniichan has increased the kingdom share from 0.91381073 to 1.5306413 percent of the available land, which is an increase by 67.500916 percent.

 

 

 

 

 

I have noticed in kingdom history that it also applies sometimes to newly founded pmks as well.

 

 

What this means is growth is never calculated and king titles never change

 

 

 

 

 

A fix is to set 0 to some other value, have it registered as 1%, or even use the current land % as new start value as it's much lower than we had on old Elevation either way
