Affliction world map starter deed annotation not showing

The annotation for the starter deed on Affliction, Blackbone, isn't showing for anyone and has been like this for days, causing some confusion amongst newbies.

Yep had the same problem a few times when I was on Xanadu weeks ago, though a restart did bring them back in that case

I could bring back all the other annotations but the starter deed annotation is still disappeared for everyone!
