  1. Ok well I was really excited to get my hands on a 70ql saddle with 100 BotD on it(wow!). Well I found a plain Aged Horse and decided to do some tests on the speed, and to my surprise the enchant made no difference at all! I had another 50ql saddle and swapped between the two several times and both clocked the same. consistent 20.15 km/h speed. I thought saddle QL affected speed as well as WoA/BotD enchants. I even tried relogging between saddle swaps to make sure it wasn't a client glitch. Has this changed or am I correct to report this bug?
