  1. What methods do people use to grind body strength quickly? I believe theres a few tricks out there that might not be shared so easily, I've heard of people grinding to 40 BS within a month, is that just 16 hours a day woodcutting or is there other ways to make it more efficient? for instance climbing+woodcutting at the same time gives more BS per hour but still doesn't seem too crazy, just wondering if theres something else I'm missing.
