Thank you Shrimpiie. Indeed, I am currently on Independence as rosedragon mentioned. I have heard about the possibility to sail to other servers and take a Portal to Epic, though. So, I am planning on going on an extensive trip to take a look at the different continents. First, I am going to get settled in and learn more about the gameplay. Get working om my skills. We will see what brings me after that!

I am a new player, so don't shoot me, but I just had to pop in to say I find it quite ironic that the problem with the so called 'stable' client might be fixed by running an 'unstable client'. XD Just kidding!

I would be interested to join in as well. Lowbie, so it would help me getting some fighting skill increase. I currently live over at Tineen's (Free Barony)

@Mishia Yes! That was my first thought as well, that someone went on a griefing stampede and damaged all the property. Espcially since the alliance MOTD was something like : xxx is a noob I thought we were hacked. On the one side I am glad to see this is a widespread problem. That will instigate a quick update I reckon. On the other side I am sad, because currently it's a bit hard to play.

A special shoutout to Sjach and Tineen for helping me out bigtime. Tineen even let me setup in Free Barony and provided me with more than I would ever want getting started. Truely generous! I hope to meet more great people on my travels within Wurm!

Yesterday I was one of the people having the problem with the pack update. I manually downloaded the graphics.jar file, which enabled me to log back into the game. All was fine. This morning I started the launcher and it pulled another update of graphics.jar in. I can login to the game just fine, but here is what I find now: Note that all the doors are missing, as well as their accompanying wall section. On the right side of the picture you have the small house where you can see the sections missing on this side and the side on the square. On the left side you see the tower missing its double doors section and in the middle to the back you see another door section missing. I have contacted CA help in-game, but it appears that not everyone has this issue. Perhaps the problem with the graphics.jar update and this issue are related? Is there a known fix? Many thanks!
