Losing Connection Often

I have a sort of connection problem. On my notebook, which has not a good internet connection, it often happens that my client stops while refreshing. i do rightclick and in the appearing menu it says refreshing and nothing happens.

The funny thing is, when i go on clicking "mine" my char is doing it, i saw it on another toon, and this repeatedly, i could stay on and go on mining forever, but naturally it makes no sense, so i shut down the client and start it again.

So the problem seems to be, that i can SEND but not RECEIVE. My client sends signals to the game server and he makes what i want, but he doesnt give me the feedback what my actions do, or if i get aggroed or something.

 

Is there a chance to avoid this ?

Here on my pc it never happens , he has a quite good internet connection.
