As a secret bonus to the winner, there is also a armour set that I won in a game of deal or no deal at the lunalong that has served me well that I wish to pass on as a prize to the winner: Aside from that, make sure to look carefully underneath some of the chests. They are stacked on top of eachother, and the further you dig, you can find stuff like a Cutlass and some items with decent WoA / CoC casts already on them. Do not toss stuff without taking a good look is what I am saying Do you wish to also purchase the deed, or do you just want access to collect the stuff for a few days?
