looking to join ? a deed with a little bit of room on indy

i am only 2 days in and i was told its best to join a deed  and basically im really big on gathering crafting building and i tend to stock heavily as well

 

what im looking for is a little room to grow  as i have been told also that some deed owners offer very little space and such so if anyone can point me to a good place maybe
