  1. It's definitely there - in fact I'm logged on as I type this! It's just "The Realm of Pevensia" with nothing after it and without the quotes, if that helps. Otherwise, you might have also caught us when we were backing up the server.
  2. THE REALM OF PEVENSIA Now recruiting! Join the Discord: https://discord.gg/sH75FpV Are you tired of servers that are all about the grind? Do you appreciate immersion in a world as vast as Wurm? Do you think three-question introductions are lazy writing? Why not give the Realm of Pevensia a try? About Us: The Realm of Pevensia is a Light RP/PvE server which strives to create an authentic Wurm experience without the hassles of other servers. We use no mods, and the server settings are almost all default, except for a slightly increased skill gain (2.0x) and an action speed multiplier (5.0x). Both new and old players are welcome, and we are happy to lend a helping hand to anyone trying to learn the game. The server itself is largely unsettled and there are no deed fees, so finding land to start your own settlement takes little more than the desire to set out into the great unknown! Our GM team is made up of experienced Wurm veterans who are seeking dedicated players to share in our story and write their own alongside us. Rules: Generally, we try not to be too strict about enforcing any code of conduct. As long as you are not a jerk and behave in a polite and courteous manner, you will have no trouble. Even so, here are some general ground rules: 1) As said above, our golden rule is simple: don’t be a jerk. All else stems from that. 2) Disputes are moderated by the GM team. They are paying for the server, and their decisions are final. 3) The Realm of Pevensia is an RP server first, so we do ask that you familiarize yourself with basic RP etiquette (be familiar with IC, OOC, metagaming and godmodding, for example). We are new-RPer friendly, though, so if you have any questions, we are happy to help! 4) We strive to maintain a naming convention, and only use names for settlements and characters that would be appropriate in a medieval-fantasy environment. You can look to popular works of a similar setting, such as World of Warcraft or The Lord of the Rings, for reference or inspiration, although we would prefer that you do not lift names directly from the worlds of fiction. 5) At the end of the day, we all have real lives, and we play games like Wurm to have fun. Our goal is to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone who decides to play on our server, and we ask that each player respect his fellow players in turn. Questions? Please feel free to PM Solomon on the Discord, PM Derfritz on this site, post directly on this thread, or email realmofpevensia@gmail.com with any questions or feedback that you may have. We’re certainly looking forward to hearing from you! Settlements: (will be updated as more settlements are founded) ======= Avarice The primary trading hub in the region and the first stop for newcomers Mayor: Solomon ======= Happy Valley A quaint village bordered by a massive farm and pasture Mayor: Mender ======= Roles: As this is a light RP server, we do encourage RP among our users, although it is certainly not required. For those new to the game, new to RP, or seeking a pre-defined path, we are happy to work with you to fit you into the existing structures of Avarice. If you’re so inclined, be sure to PM Solomon either in game or on the Discord! Link to the Discord: Since our time-zones and schedules likely do not coincide, we ask that all players join the Discord, in order for the GM team to keep in touch without the constraints of time. https://discord.gg/sH75FpV Updated July 4, 2018
  3. Turning down graphics seems to have worked best. I'm not able to see the cobblestone on a road a few tiles in front of me, but past a little stretch of green, they render fine again. There is no "bleeding" across tiles like there was in my screenshots, though, so that's a vast improvement. Thanks, again.
  4. Yeah, it's an integrated graphics card, so I'm not going to have much luck there, lol. I've been playing around with some of the compatibility settings based on the links you gave me, but to no avail. Funnily enough, my game actually crashed when I tried disabling GLSL again, contrary to what you said At this point, I'll just wait it out for Intel to develop better drivers. Thanks for all your help so far. Edit: Game crashed with GLSL enabled after that. Disabled, works fine, now. I guess I have to eat my words.
  5. Ok. Screenshots up. I tried running both color picking disabled and GLSL disabled. The result was not much different and generated a lot of lag.
  6. 1) Yes, it's an Intel HD 5500 graphics card. 2) As far as I know, it only has the Intel card. 3) GLSL was not disabled. I tried disabling it, but to no avail. 4) Color picking didn't work either. Screenshots on the way back up.
  7. Hello, everyone. I've been playing Wurm for quite a bit now and had to switch computers, since my old one was damaged. Anyway, I've been having a bit of a cosmetic issue, as illustrated in the screenshots below. It's by no means game breaking and seems to be purely cosmetic, but it's starting to get annoying. Any help is appreciated. Let me know if you need any more information. EDIT: Okay, thanks. I'll work on putting the screenshots back and retyping up here.
