I propose that devs make the Archery Tower, and Various Turrets able to attack mobs so players on PvE servers have defense aside from guard towers and/or Spirit Templars

Since an annual sub runs around $100, Rolf probably wouldn't be interested in doing this unless the lifetime sub had a price tag of $1k.
Many of us have already paid close to $1k in sub fees, anything lower than that and he'd be liable to make more money charging monthly/annually.
The fact that only one of your characters per email can have a lifetime subscription it promotes a main and secondary/tertiary characters without having to worry about your main's premium running out. It also promotes longevity and consistent playerbase. You would still need to purchase silver for deed upkeep.

How can you sell land you dont own? Someone can come plonk a deed down beside you and expand over when your houses decay, no problem.
The houses wont decay any time soon and I assume the purchaser will deed the land.

IMO These items should not be removed at all but their functionality destroyed and made into a cosmetic item. You now have an item named Source Fountain and know what its original purpose was. Possibly they could make it shiny or something to entice keeping.
