Posted March 21, 2016 (edited) This is a cave where the ceiling was mined out a bit, ended up a bit too close to the surface. The walls from above started rendering, but only from certain angles. Can even see the lighting behaves differently depending on the angle. Would be nice if walls just didn't render through ceilings.
