  1. Voted for the Gnome. Really good work, not only is it functional, it is also aesthetically appealing with the nice lighthouse, the banners and the market. Also things such as the shape of buildings and placement of things add to the appeal of it. Nice work, all three of you!
  2. Well it was just a suggestion based on observations made by a noob, as I said I ain't a programmer and don't know what the limitations are. But since they have a tile system already I thought it would have been more easy to apply the same system in smaller detail. =) But a cursor system would work too =)
  3. Just a clarification if you have a 10x10 inner tile system in the big tile..you'd have 100 tiles to put it in not 10 =)
  4. Hello, first post and fresh Wurm citizen. Really enjoy the game and thought about something when placing my first bsb. I noticed that you have to turn and push and pull items to place them as you want them, and was thinking about alternate solutions (if possible not a programmer and don't know anything about the wurm engine and its limitations). Since the game seems to use a 2D tile system I was thinking that maybe, it would be possible to have a "tile within tile" system, so i.e. having a 10x10 smaller tile grid within the big tiles (the current tiles). The function of the smaller tile system would be to have a grid, where people can place things in a specific grid..to make it easier to have more accurate placement of furnitures and such. As I said, I am not a programmer and don't know that works in Wurm, so might not be possible or maybe it is already like that but not visible. I'd like to hear everyone's view on this...I can't be the only wurm player with ocd:ish behaviour haha. //Zen
