    I did check to make sure my folder isn't compressed. It's not. So this is actual size on disk for me and no compression unless there is something native to Windows 10 but NTFS is NTFS as far as I know.

     

    I mean, I think the developers made Wurm smaller in file size in the past year - but I could be wrong!

    Thanks a lot for the quick response, still - my packs folder is still 2.04 gigabytes (even though it was last updated just over a year ago)!

    This is a fantastic idea.

     

    All the people that are desperate to make materials for money could make it, and the people that want massive, beautiful things built for them could do so, in much faster time than they do right now - imagine how all the servers would look with such incredible things built.

    A couple shots of my new experiment. Tried using both  standard walls and plain walls in a 10 story. Still have to add parapets on the third floor, and a few internal walls, maybe replace the High iron with tall stone walls, still playing with some of it.

    WHOA MAN slow down. Remember when archery didn't suck? Remember when calf shots actually hurt? Remember that day or two that vesseled gems were useless? Remember when plate was OP (/sarcasm), when you could actually locate priests because they all didn't have nolo, when there weren't fifty different ways to teleport into/out of PvP, when meditation didn't exist?

     

    These are all very good examples of what happens when things are rushed. I still think gone should be nerfed, but I also think that a full patch would either overhaul the entire meditation system to have less of an effect on PvP or remove it entirely.
