I'm looking to sell my alt vynora priest. It'd be great for a head-start on making a new priest or as a battery. Has low soul depth, although I figured it would be better to keep it low while grinding channeling - it makes casting harder to have less soul depth, which would in turn increase channeling gains.

I have not tested it directly, but I figured I'd put in the thread why I never worked on the priest's soul depth.

 

The logic: things that make casting harder (such as not being in vynora domain) do increase casting difficulty and increase skillgain (assuming that the spell isn't already too difficult, the 50% difficulty idea comes into play.) It's basic that e.g. casting bless at 70 channeling won't give good gains because it's so easy, and in theory making spells harder to succeed in by other means would help with giving easy spells better gains.

Sorry for a bit off-topic, But SD doesn't effect that......From my knowledge, it only effects the POWER of the enchant. The difficulty, skill wise, is mostly (if not all) from Channeling.

 

 

Also, I'd say around 50e.... Reason: No BC - but does have decent faith, and a good battery...  may be higher or lower though.

Not that I really care, but you only get a gain in channeling if the power of the cast is between 0-39. I don't know what soul depth does, but most people assume it helps (otherwise why grind it). Therefore I think the theory is very plausible. Sorry for off topic

For those interested, it sold for €110. The €50 that druidnature suggested was a good base price for the account, although with premium time considered too €110 was about right.
