Posted April 10, 2014 i tryed enchanting grass after a full 24 hrs went by. It would not let me, I logged off for 2+ hrs. Came back and retryed. It still would not allow me to do so. i tryed Enchanting with and without something activated. I tryed enchanting on deed and off deed do to potential deed settings and still not permited.
