Posted April 7, 2014 Anyone else having issues connecting in the last hour or so or is it just me? I was playing most of the day just fine, then got a lag spike or similar, actions timed out and disconnected, and cannot reconnect. Tried on 2 computers, rebooting, re-installing client, both stable and unstable, different characters, Vista vs. Win 8 vs. Ubuntu, no joy. Sits at "connecting" then the "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host" message. All other internet functions and other games are fine, tracert to the login server completes fine. I'm sufficiently flummoxed. I'll play Hearthstone if I must, but I wanted more Wurm tonight.... I've just fired up the client now and notice that it seems to be patching a big patch, for what that's worth. ETA: I'm in.
