Remove rank decay and rank from conquering towers

Rank decay is dumb, getting rank from towers (not pvp) is stupid. 

 

Also remove rank from Hota pillars and fortifications.

I think the point of getting it off of towers, hota etc is to stop decay in the first place.

 

But I personally like the idea of having to pvp on a regular basis to get rank, or having to leave deed for things such as towers, hotas etc to sustain it.

should be forced to cap a tower to not have it decay for x amount of time but hota pillars are dumb its 1min 30secs its way to fast

edit. plus rank doesnt do a thing it should give you beter skill gain or something then ppl would be out looking for kills
