Pack update error

I am getting this in the pack update error log every time i try to play wurm. Even when i try 'retry pack update'

You are not connecting to the Update Server, and this would probably be an issue with the folks that run the CDN. (The CDN  is a group of servers around the world, sna you are automatically connected to one close to you)

 

 

There's a post in that thread about hard-coding an IP address in your Hosts file ... that should be a temporary fix until this resolved.

Thanks, i am able to play again. Took a bit to work out how to gain permission to edit the host file.
