Half of the settlement is flat

Most of the land is empty and ready to be built one for farmed on.

You get all the materials and houses and carts and animals left on the land.

The only thing you don't get is my character and most of the tools.

I can offer help until my premium runs on march 2nd.

I have no promises how much help I can give.

I am hoping to get $60 out of it, however we can make a deal.

This land is located in the exodus server in the north east of tundra mountain just east of a settlement on the man called lud.

the people at lud are very friendly and would love to help you, however they are rarely on anymore.
