Impossible to open a new topic in Serenity trade forum

I wanted to post some stuff i'd like to sell on Serenity, but it's impossible for me to open a topic there.

 

Why? Do I need to ask a moderator to be able to post there or change something in my profile?

We would normally need you to request access from a PvP server.  As that is ... challenging .... right now, please PM me the name of the PvP server you play on, and your account name over there, and I'll give temporary access until we can confirm the information with you online.
