Posted February 18, 2014 First off, love the job on the braziers! Now to the issues; Small braziers - please make it so we can plant them. Marble braziers - please make it so we can push/pull and rotate them. Thank you
Posted February 18, 2014 Thanks for that warning, not going to build a large brazier until they can be adjusted in position.
Posted February 18, 2014 Also, if they donn't, maybe they could be treated as lamps (as in "guards" fill and light them on deed).
Posted February 18, 2014 Also hope that brazier's light is seen OUTSIDE the buildings they're on. Lighthouses were killed with current lighting.

Posted February 21, 2014 Light from braziers is pitiful whether you use the new shader or not. Lighting in general is still massively broken. It's a real shame that you have to be within 5 or 6 tiles of a light source for it to actually illuminate properly and forget about cruising past with any kind of smooth lighting transition. Pity cos it looks glorious on the new shader when you are close and motionless. Or would do it it was brighter. Alas, round and round we go ..
Posted February 21, 2014 +1 to rotate/push and pull, this should've been added from the start.
Posted February 21, 2014 I agree. Braziers are all the rage! Allowing us to push/pull the large ones would facilitate placing them "just right" on our properties.
Posted February 22, 2014 Also hope that brazier's light is seen OUTSIDE the buildings they're on. Lighthouses were killed with current lighting. As long as theres windows or arched walls.
Posted February 23, 2014 Yeah, I was not aware I couldn't move, nor destroy the thing until after i built mine, and I'm not real pleased. If you're going to add something like this, I think we're owed the heads up that it'll be a permanent part of our deeds. I don't really understand the logic of adding something like this and not being able to move it. I like the way it looks, but how about letting me change my deed as I see fit and not forcing me to live with thing forever.
Posted February 23, 2014 You can load them into a wagon.
Posted February 23, 2014 You can load them into a wagon. Ah, indeed you can. Thank you for that info. \o/
Posted February 23, 2014 And further - when you unload them objects from a wagon will center on the exact spot you are standing. It's not ideal - but I placed 2 braziers yesterday on deed exactly where I wanted them using the wagon.
Posted February 24, 2014 So i did the load/unload to move my braziers.. Ended up with this result.

I live on the steppe, someone apparently made one of these because it was dead-foggy, and I saw light through it all, I walked over and found it there. >_<Also, it was at least 80 tiles. Posted February 24, 2014 Thanks for that warning, not going to build a large brazier until they can be adjusted in position. same, didn't know and here I thought they would be in my planned church of Magranon....
Posted February 27, 2014 Also noticed that small braziers seem to be treated like unfinished objects as far as distance rendering is concerned. In other words once you get a few tiles away from them they vanish from view unlike the large brazier and pretty much everything else. Plus, I don't like how people can snuff these things on deed without being a villager. Minor annoyance that tho. Please make plantable / moveable / viewable at a distance. Posted March 1, 2014 bump for something we need i made two today and they did not finish where they were sitting so we need to be able to move them.
