So I'm looking to quit the game and selling my character/deed. I've got a fair idea what there worth, but id like to get an idea what people are willing to pay. I need to sell the deed first to be able to sell the character, however the character thread is right here if your interested, he is quite a package himself.

 

Icarus Landing

The size of Icarus Landing is 23 by 23.

The perimeter is 5 and it has 1 guards hired.

The settlement has 9 silver, 21 copper and 8 iron in its coffers.

The monthly cost is 2 silver, 5 copper and 80 iron.

The upkeep will last approximately 125 days, 7 hours and 36 minutes more. (AS Of 2/17/14)

All property/building deeds available for transfer

2x Guard towers on the northern corners of the deed 33q, and 54q

 

Icarus Landing Docks are located on the Southern Coast of Pristine's Main Island @ X15,Y3. The stone towers are visible from the desert and coast. Just follow the marble road from the dock. This is a prime location to do with business with adjacent servers. Just north of release server. The Gatehouses are always open to visitors, feel free to come by and take a look!

 

The deed itself is broken into 2 flat tiers with very little wasted space, ramps on both ends for convenience, A long marble road straight down to the off deed dock, Where there is a Corbita and Sail boat. Desert to the north, woods east/west, woods and marble docks to the south. There is a nice building that was meant as a Inn it already has a trader installed, just never got around to furnishing it. A workshop with tons of mats listed below and Q50 Oven and forge. The main house, is a large U shaped building with 2 floors, an unfinished 6 floor tower, balcony/patio area. The Entire deed is surrounded by 40-50q high irons fence for a great view of the surrounding area, then the perimeter is surrounded by a tall hedge wall enclosing the tree farms. Aprox 400 tiles of tree farming land within the hedge wall: Oak, Cedar, Cherry, and Maple all currently planted. All deed  and perimenter land is level and has 9x 3x3 plots ready on deed for buildings. This deed is well protected and has very little trouble with monsters with its multiple barriers and guard towers, all roads are marbled, brass lamps, great views from the towers, and can be seen from a great distance. There is also a 7x9 On deed Farming area, not counting the 40 tiles set aside for horse breeding (6x 2x2 Pens, and 1x 8x2 Pen), witch currently has 8x 5 Speeds, and 16x 3 and 4 speed horses.

The mine is about half tunneled, there are 9 irons deposits so far, varying between 18q and 92q. There is gold, and a few other mine-able resources near the deed including tar and clay.


 

tons of weapons and tools made to sell that i cant be bothered to deal with before leaving! these have all been sitting for a short time and have a small amount of damage on them (average 2 damage).



 

There is also a TON of misc resources already in BSB's like: Marble, Slate, Clay, Sand, Variety of med-high Q logs, Shards, Bricks, Tar
