This character is a self starter, he comes with basically everything you would need to start a new deed, tons of equipment (pics below). Several rares, lots of CoC equipment. He can pretty much do everything himself, very self sufficient. he can build or improve ~60q Forges, Ovens, Spirit Cottages/Castles, guard towers, can dig up to a 196 Slope. He can build Marble or Slate up to 6 floors. Nearly 50 paving, Woodcutting, Stonecutting, and Animal Husbandry. Over 50 on Carpentry, Farming, Hot Food Cooking, Misc Items, Hammer, and Blacksmithing, Over 60 on Pickaxe, Digging, and Mining. Over 70! on Masonry. Also a slew of other useful skills between 20 and 40. He can also prospect the quality of any ore vein. Hes path of Love "Goodhearted" and has the refresh ability, and time wise is ready to advance to the next level of Path Of Love, he just needs a bit more meditation time. He can put up stone walls in under 5 minutes, fences in under 3 minutes, even with 30q materials you will end up with over 50q walls with his skills! Great for off deed structures or mine doors requiring very minimal maintenance. He also has over a 23 body strength (34+ Actually), witch is needed for the new patch, so you will be able to move around the new Small and Large Crates while loaded. I've had a few offers, between 100-125 Euros, sub time wise hes covered for 3 months and change + all the gear, and skills, seems like a reasonable offer to me. The only problem I am running into however is I cannot sell the character until I sell the deed as hes mayor. Make me and offer or chat me up in game we can discuss it.
